Step 1:
Schedule an Initial Visit

Schedule an at-home veterinary visit to determine if your pet is a good match for Dr. J's Veterinary Consulting.

 

This visit includes a review of your pet's medical history, a physical examination, and relevant medical recommendations.

Price: $300 visit fee per pet, plus a one-time travel fee*

​

*Travel fee varies based on location

Step 2:
Get Started on Your Pet's Concierge Membership

Having a veterinarian you can trust alongside you for optimal care is everything.

​​

With the purchase of an annual membership, you will receive:

 

1) Direct communication with Dr. J's Office concerning your pet's wellness for peace of mind

​

2) Convenient scheduling of in-home veterinary services, and telehealth appointments.

​​​​​​​​​​

​

Navigating your pet's healthcare needs can be both challenging and deeply emotional.

Dr. J is here to help.​

​​

If a challenging medical situation ever arises that requires specialty care, Dr. J can help guide you to make the right decisions for your pet's care, including trusted referrals.

Note: Veterinary services are billed separately, in addition to the annual membership fee. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Annual Membership: $1800 per pet, plus tax

Step 3:
Gain Access to Concierge Veterinary Services

​Once your pet has an annual membership, then you will gain exclusive access to scheduling in-home veterinary services, including:

​

  • Veterinary Examination

  • Vaccinations

  • Routine Labwork

  • Fecal Testing

  • Heartworm and Lyme Disease Screening

  • Disease Screening through Laboratory Testing

​

  • Comprehensive Care for

    • Skin Infections

    • Ear Infections

    • Dermatology Problems

    • Arthritis

    • Management of Simple Wounds​

​

​

  • Additional Medical Services may be available or referred to a local network of veterinary hospitals - where Dr. J can continue to be your pet's advocate.

​​

  • Surgeries, Dental Procedures, and any Anesthetic or Sedated Procedures will be referred to trusted veterinarians

Note: Concierge Veterinary Services are not a substitute for Veterinary emergencies.

 

All emergencies should be taken to the local emergency hospital, immediately.
